Natural process coffee, also known as sun-dried coffee, is one of the oldest and most traditional coffee processing methods of our Family tradition. Instead of removing the fruit before drying, the entire coffee cherry is dried with the bean inside, allowing the coffee to absorb the natural sugars and flavors from the fruit.
